My stay at the Premier Inn Great Yarmouth had its ups and downs. The comfortable room with a lovely seaview made for a warm atmosphere, but the overall experience was marred by issues with customer service and dining. The under-staffed restaurant led to long wait times and wrong orders, which was frustrating. I appreciated the modern bathroom facilities, though the air conditioning left much to be desired. Overall, it was a mixed bag.
